You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:
The item must be in new or like-new condition
Must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at support@buytechpc.com. We’ll guide you through the return process and, if applicable, provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved:
A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
Per FTC guidelines, you are entitled to a prompt refund if an order is canceled or a product is returned within the allowable window.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-built or configured computers
Downloadable software and digital licenses
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
Products damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repair, or neglect
These restrictions comply with standard exemptions recognized by U.S. federal and state law.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
BuyTechPC covers return shipping costs only if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item or defect).
For other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Under U.S. law, you have the right to:
A refund for defective or misrepresented products
Cancel certain orders within a reasonable time frame
Contact the FTC or your state attorney general if you feel your rights have been violated
